Individual Counselling is a lot like taking care of yourself, it is your time to focus only on you, your needs, your goals, and your concerns. Through the day we are plagued with thoughts some of which help us while others may not. In your sessions you will work with your psychologist on identifying and working through your concerns. Your psychologist and you will work towards building a rapport that is reflective of a safe space, that is non-judgemental and confidential.
In your journey, you will have a safe space to explore you feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours. You will be empowered to work through challenging or influential memories. Identify aspects of your life that you would like to change.
