Each tool introduced in this box is engaging, fun and tried and tested with our clients in therapy. All activities in the box encourage reflection, increased awareness, and work on replacing maladaptive thoughts and patterns with healthy ones.

Each activity in The Thought Box is designed to work with your thoughts and actions. This is not meant to replace therapy but to empower you with skills to take care of your mental health.

These techniques are often used with our clients who present symptoms of depression. All activities in this box are rooted in scientific research The intention is to help the user engage in fun exercises, alternate perspectives and behaviour modification strategies. If internalised, these strategies can aid in coping with situations. 

Each box contains 5 types of activities that are designed to work with the user’s thoughts and actions. The unique feature of this box is that it is self-directive and accounts for the users’ desire to engage in these activities individually or with a group.
