I Don’t Believe in Blind Positivity.
Affirmations never really worked for me — at least, not the way they’re often sold.
Telling myself “I’m strong” or “I’m enough” without believing it felt empty. For an affirmation to actually shift something inside, I needed one thing: evidence. I needed to find moments in my life that made the words feel true.
That’s why I created this deck differently.
Rooted in my experience as a psychologist, this deck is built around three core emotional struggles I see in therapy: self-acceptance, letting go, and growth. But we added our signature layer — guided journal prompts on every card.
These prompts help you reflect, build meaning, and find real evidence for the words you're repeating. If you can’t connect with an affirmation yet, that’s okay. It means you’re still creating space for it. Pick another and come back when you’re ready.
This is not about blind positivity. It’s about building self-belief with honesty, reflection, and care.
