Every emotion has a story, and this journal helps you listen to it.Designed by psychologists from The Thought Co., Explore. Unpack. Unravel. is a three-phase guided journaling tool that takes you beneath the surface — from identifying what you feel, to understanding why, to finally making sense of it.Rooted in CBT and narrative therapy, this experience helps you move from emotional overwhelm to quiet clarity. Each page meets you where you are — whether that’s confusion, chaos, or curiosity — and guides you through prompts that rebuild emotional awareness, self-trust, and inner grounding. It’s not about writing perfectly. It’s about noticing, naming, and nurturing what’s real.

1 What's inside

52 prompts across four chapters. Lay-flat binding. Dot-grid pages. Built to actually be used.

2 How to use

No right order. Start wherever something catches. Write for five minutes or fifty.

3 Why it works

Expressive writing has a solid evidence base. The prompts are written by our therapists — they know which questions open things up.

4 Good to know

Not a gratitude journal. Not a planner. Printed in Mumbai. Ships in 4 days.

Because clarity doesn’t come from chaos — it comes from curiosity.

We design tools used daily by our therapists and our clients. No performance. Just tools that work.

You don’t need to be okay to begin — you just need to begin.

still not doing the candles thing.

What people say

Loved by thoughtful humans

I never thought a journal could help me understand my anxiety patterns this clearly. The prompts are deep but doable — like having a therapist on paper.

5/5

Every section feels like an honest check-in, not a performance of positivity. It makes reflection real again.

5/5

This helped me slow down enough to notice what’s actually going on. It’s not fluffy — it’s grounding.

5/5

Bought one for myself, then gifted two. Each page feels intentional, beautifully written, and rooted in care.

5/5

It’s not about feeling better — it’s about feeling clearer. That’s what makes it powerful.

Behind the design

Why we build tools for feelings (not just vibes).

Explore. Unpack. Unravel. was the very first journal we ever made — and it began, unexpectedly, as a favour. An HR head from a company we worked with once asked, “Could you create something simple that helps my team actually use?” What started as that small request turned into a full-blown emotional tool — one we’ve since refined through three iterations, hundreds of therapy conversations, and years of learning how people actually process their thoughts on paper. With every version, the questions became wiser, and more intentional. We stopped chasing “positivity” and started chasing clarity. Because growth, we realised, doesn’t always look like a breakthrough — sometimes it looks like sitting with what’s uncomfortable and finally understanding it. This journal carries that evolution. It’s both where we began and how we’ve grown — one prompt, one reflection, one honest question at a time.
