Behind the design

Why we build tools for feelings (not just vibes).

The Sunday Journaling Series was born out of the overwhelming response we received to our journaling workshops over the years. Again and again, participants told us how grounding it felt to pause, write, and simply notice themselves. We wanted to make that experience accessible beyond a one-time workshop — to turn it into a gentle, ongoing ritual of self-inquiry. At its core, this series is about understanding you — your patterns, your “why,” and the way you move through the world. It’s an invitation to build awareness, not through correction or control, but through curiosity. I can’t stress enough how important it is to stay curious about ourselves and our experiences. That curiosity is what helps us answer the bigger questions — about purpose, direction, and meaning. It’s also what fuels our intrinsic motivation, helping us move toward our ambitions with clarity and heart.
